Technology is moving so fast it’s hard to comprehend something as reality, so before you read the article below there are a few things to note.
The article below starts off with a report form the Register about DARPA who are the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency of the United States military. http://www.darpa.mil
The Register likes to use the word Boffin which means ‘a scientist or technical expert’.
It’s also interesting to note that militaries develop classified technology (like the B-2 Stealth Bomber) years and even decades before published public re-search is even mentioned, and before such technology is declassified of course. To this day not all parts of the B-2 Stealth Bomber, which was made public in the late 1980’s, has been declassified.

“DARPA at phase 2 on human ‘regeneration’ tech
“DARPA has inked a second deal with Massachusetts researchers to develop ways of ‘regenerating’ human body tissues cut, shot or blown off in combat. The new biotech therapies would employ the same methods used by newts in growing replacement limbs.
“News of the award comes courtesy of the Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), which announced the $570,000 agreement between DARPA and WPI-spawned company CellThera yesterday. CellThera is expected to work with the university’s bioengineering department in delivering Phase II of DARPA’s ‘restorative injury repair’ programme.
“DARPA seems to be looking for full-on, […] regen therapies:
“‘The vision is to fully restore the function of complex tissue (muscle, nerves, skin, etc) after traumatic injury on the battlefield… with true ‘wound healing’ by regeneration of fully differentiated, functional tissue.’
“‘The program will achieve its goals by… processes of morphogenesis leading to anatomic and functional restoration [which] will culminate in the restoration of a functional multi-tissue structure in a mammal.’
“Under Phase I, CellThera and WPI bioengineers ‘succeeded in reprogramming mouse and human skin cells to act more like stem cells, able to form the early structures needed to begin the process of re-growing lost tissues’ – a process described by DARPA as ‘generating a blastema in an otherwise non-regenerating animal’.
“A blastema is the boffinry term for the clump of special progenitor cells which appears at injury sites in creatures naturally able to regenerate themselves, such as newts or salamanders. Another name, according to the Encyclopaedia Britannica, is ‘regeneration bud’. When you cut off a salamander’s leg, for instance, a blastema appears at the stump and then grows into a new leg with muscles, nerves etc all complete.
“It seems then that the Massachusetts boffins have already produced basic regen buds, potentially capable of growing into new working body parts – at least for mice.
“‘We are very pleased to be moving into the next phase of this work,’ said Raymond Page, WPI biotech prof.”

“Copyrighted mice give OK on vat-grown organs
“Scientists in Hawaii and Texas have unveiled some good news for planned ‘therapeutic cloning’ techniques, in which new genetically-correct tissues would be grown in the lab for transplant into people needing replacement parts.
“Adult somatic cells in general show a much higher spontaneous mutation rate than germ cells do, which might support such a theory. This led professor John McCarrey of Texas Uni and his colleagues to test the matter out using Big Blue® proprietary transgenic clone mice. (Nothing to with IBM; supplied by biotech firm Stratagene, in fact).
“cloned mice produced using somatic cells showed no difference in mutation rate compared to naturally conceived germ-cell mice of the same age; the cloning technique didn’t, in fact, result in any mutation problem.
“McCarrey believes this is due to a ‘bottleneck’ effect resulting from the fact that only one cell is needed to produce a clone.
“This is good news for people in need of some new skin, bone marrow, heart tissue etc., as it eliminates one possible hazard of growing the stuff from their own cells.”
Let us go back a few years to look at what was published by the National Geographic:
“Animal-Human Hybrids Spark Controversy
“Scientists have begun blurring the line between human and animal by producing chimeras—a hybrid creature that’s part human, part animal.
“Chinese scientists at the Shanghai Second Medical University in 2003 successfully fused human cells with rabbit eggs. The embryos were reportedly the first human-animal chimeras successfully created.
“In Minnesota last year researchers at the Mayo Clinic created pigs with human blood flowing through their bodies.
“And at Stanford University in California an experiment might be done later this year to create mice with human brains.
“Scientists feel that, the more humanlike the animal, the better research model it makes for testing drugs or possibly growing ‘spare parts,’ such as livers, to transplant into humans.
“What new subhuman combination should be produced and for what purpose? At what point would it be considered human? And what rights, if any, should it have?”
There is a massive problem occurring in the developed world. Saying this problem gets 1% media attention compared to a celebrity’s new boyfriend might be too high a percentage. Facts are real regardless of what corporate news agencies and government regulated news agencies don’t say. You can read these facts below and using your own intellect decide if the facts are important or not. Most likely the public will not hear about it on the TV at a large scale level until it’s too late (like the credit crisis) and the public are familiar with a solution prepared by the so called establishment ‘experts’ whom always seem to cause more chaos than they solve (but’ it’s not incompetence because they’ve been to the best colleges).

“The quality of sperm is declining. Eighty-five per cent of the sperm produced by a healthy male is DNA-damaged.
“The average sperm count of a North American college student today is less than half of what it was 50 years ago.”
You may ask why is this not been publicised as much as the small knife crime, Madonna’s boyfriend or Britney Spears breakdown, also ask what is causing this and think what solution the ‘experts’ might suggest. In the 1950’s it was discovered that bisphenol-A had the remarkable ability to make plastics more pliable and less prone to crack. The masses will more willingly accept the ‘natural’ solution to the problem if they are familiarised with the potential solution first. The general masses who rely on news corporations to tell them what is important and what is not (by exclusion) will be bombarded about the sperm crisis when they are even more familiarised with the following:

The Center for Genetics and Society is pro genetics so what do you think they are suggesting by raising the problem of creating genetic inequality? They don’t want genetic inequality they want genetic equality, the same. Equality like in the soviet union where all we’re equally poor, expect as always the 1% at the top of the ideology. Obviously the solution to this ‘problem’ is that the government would need regulate it to ensure equality, “no child left behind”, all can be modified by the state. Would the 1% and their bureaucracies desire to embed all their citizens with a level of intelligence and gusto that Martin Luther King had that could easily spot hypocrisy? You don’t even need to look beyond modern history to get your answer. The 1% don’t appreciate those kinds of individuals, they just get in the way of their “progress”. Where are we progressing to?
If the majority of the public do not reject the first familiarising steps of genetic modification there will be no turning back… for the ruled masses – excluding the possibility of the collapse of civilization (loss of power for the 1%). But why would the masses dislike having weak or lost limbs replaced and their children modified not to develop hereditary diseases? Why would they be against the government insuring equality for the ‘greater good’? And why would they try to listen to non-politically correct opinions? The news corporations and TV shows would tell them that anyone who does not support human genetic equality supports discrimination and are against progress. With genetically tampered food you will find most people who say they are against them never check the labels on the food they eat.

“Dawn Primarolo, the Public Health Minister, confirmed last night that she was considering pleas from MPs and scientists to relax the ban.
“Harris’s amendment would add a so-called regulation-making power to the bill, a device ensuring that if the new technique were proven safe for humans, MPs could nod through a decision allowing it to be used in IVF without a full parliamentary debate and vote.
“The approach is expected to be backed by the British Medical Association, the Medical Research Council and the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology.”
If you know anything about Eugenics it will not come as a surprise that the same health minister, Dawn Primarolo, pushing artificial sperm for the infertility crisis also recommends sterilising teenagers for up to five years with existing contraceptive implants.

The following quote is from Charles Galton Darwin’s book published in 1952, Charles Galton Darwin was the grandson of Charles Darwin: “…medical science might succeed in materially lengthening life without senility, though in a world of overcrowded population it is not very clear what would be gained. Looking a little deeper there is the possibility of substantially altering the intellectual and moral natures of individuals by some sort of hormonal injections; already great effects have been produced in animals. Elitist Bertrand Russell, 3rd Earl Russell (1872-1970), a Nobel Prize winner, worked on the education of young children and was an award winner of the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization’s Kalinga Prize. A highly respected man by the 1% dominant minority. In his book The Scientific Outlook (1931) he wrote: “If the simultaneous regulation of quantity and quality is taken seriously in the future, we may expect that in each generation some 25 per cent. of women and some 5 per cent. of men will be selected to be the parents of the next generation, while the remainder of the population will be sterilized, which will in no way interfere with their sexual pleasures, but will merely render these pleasures destitute of social importance.” – 251
Bertrand Russell, The Scientific Outlook: “Perhaps by means of injections and drugs and chemicals the population could be induced to bear whatever its scientific masters may decide to be for its good.” – 256
Like it or not, believe it or not, these are our scientific masters. They’ve told you what they will do, the big unnatural goals they’ve stated has happened and is happening. They are the real parallel government. The masses will not want to know this information, what TV junkie wants to know they are being ruled and who wants the rulers to be interbreed demonic madmen? The path of familiar least resistance is not to believe it. The scientific masters like Russell and company have said the masses are trained/educated and dumbed down chemically only to believe the scientific experts and corporate news. Trying to inform the masses about this would be less effective than if you could go back to 1937 Germany and show photos to people of government death camps, that is crazy, who would believe that back then? Building death camps and sterilising people is crazy. Unlike Germany this is happening gradually, globally and unnoticed by the masses. But if don’t speak out about the facts you are agreeing to it.
